Job Description

Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership seeks a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to join the Thrive Welcome Team on a full-time, fixed-term basis (36 hours) until end of March 2027. The post focuses on community mental health support for adults 18+ within a multi-disciplinary framework.

You will contribute to risk assessments, deliver psycho-education and self-management strategies, and collaborate with wider mental health services to provide timely, person-centred care.
