CrossReach is seeking a Children and Young Person Care Mentor – GIRFEC Lead Practitioner to lead shifts, deliver trauma-aware care, and build trusting relationships with children and families. You will be registered with the SSSC and hold HNC Social Care with SVQ Level 3, plus a full manual driving licence and PVG vetting.
