Role Overview
As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running, while delivering an exceptional experience for every guest. You will lead, support and motivate the FOH team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day service, managing staff, handling guest queries and resolving any issue. You work closely with the wider management team to ensure service runs smoothly, targets are achieved and company standards are consistently maintained.
