The successful candidate will report to the Contracts/Project Director within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

About you

  • A Degree or HND in construction-related disciplines (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven track record managing projects over £20M as a main contractor
  • Extensive knowledge of design coordination, procurement, and health & safety practices
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and sub-contractors
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • IT proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Flexibility to work across UK & Ireland sites; valid work permit or right to work in the UK is essential

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate all project disciplines from inception to completion in collaboration with site teams
  • Manage design, procurement, sub-contractors, and direct labour workforce to ensure project delivery to scope, quality, and schedule
  • Act as the primary interface with clients, government bodies, and third parties
  • Develop and manage project programmes, risk registers, and ensure health & safety compliance
  • Oversee site surveys, design management, and project reporting to stakeholders
  • Work closely with the commercial team on procurement, budgeting, and tender processes
