C & P Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations on a residential housing site in the Highlands. You will drive safe, high-quality homes on time and within budget, coordinating trades and maintaining site records.

The role requires proven site management experience in residential build projects, strong NHBC and Building Regulations knowledge, and valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications, plus a full UK driving licence.
