Côte Brasserie in Edinburgh is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen and uphold the heart of French cuisine in a vibrant brasserie environment.

You will inspire a BOH team, execute seasonal menus, train staff, control food costs, and maintain rigorous hygiene and kitchen organisation.

This permanent role offers 48 hours per week, a competitive salary with a bonus scheme, meals on shift, and staff discounts.
