Night Shift Senior Care Leader (8pm-8am) – Dementia Care

Job Description

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for the night shift (8pm-8am), 33 hours per week. You will support residents with dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care in a person-centered approach while supervising care teams and coordinating with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.

The role emphasises kindness, dignity and independence, with responsibilities spanning medication administration, activity provision and record-keeping. Training and progression opportunities are offered.
