Chef de Partie – Fast-Paced Kitchen, Full-Time

Job Description

Le Friquet Hotel in Guernsey is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will run your section efficiently, preparing and cooking food to a high standard while maintaining excellent hygiene standards and collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team.

The successful candidate will have prior Chef de Partie or similar kitchen experience, be reliable and able to work well in a team, and must have a visa/right to work in Guernsey.
