Senior Activities Lead – Dementia & Wellbeing

Job Description

Care Concern Group’s Deeside Care Home is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high-quality, person-centred activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia, to promote wellbeing and social interaction.

You will plan group and one-to-one activities, align with care plans, maintain records, and work with the Home Manager to ensure a consistent, engaging programme that enhances quality of life for older adults in our luxurious setting.
