Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to lead the counter, drive sales and inspire the team. You will partner with the Business Manager to deliver fabulous customer experiences and exceed targets.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role focuses on team motivation, visual standards, coaching and developing Retail Artists, while maintaining CT’s premium brand standards across the counter.
