GP Practice Receptionist – Patient Support Specialist

Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking a friendly Temporary GP Receptionist to join our practice team for an initial six months. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-ins, calls and appointment bookings with professionalism and discretion.

Working as part of a busy team, you will communicate confidently with patients and colleagues, maintain accurate records and support the wider reception and admin staff as needed.
