Job Description

Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to own the GTM software stack and the end-to-end engineering strategy for revenue initiatives.

You will lead a senior team across Europe and North America, collaborating with Sales, SDR, and Account Management to accelerate pipeline and automate repeatable processes. This role requires an IRL-first mindset with 3 days in the office.
