Hepatology Consultant (Transplant & Outreach)

Job Description

NHS Lothian invites applications for a substantive Consultant Hepatologist based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. The post involves both outpatient and inpatient hepatology work within the Hepatology Unit, with a weekly pattern of two outpatient clinics (general hepatology and liver transplant).

Outreach liver transplant clinics are held in Aberdeen and Dundee, and there are inpatient duties across specified wards with on-call hepatology cover.
