Senior SOC Architect & Design Lead – End-to-End Chip

Job Description

IC Resources seeks a SOC Chip Design Lead / SOC Architect in Scotland to own end-to-end chip development from concept to fab. You will define the architecture, set up the design flow, and drive RTL design for new chips in a scale-up environment.

The role requires 10-20 years of full-chip delivery experience, expertise in Digital/AMS IP, verification with SystemVerilog, and hands-on responsibility across tape-out processes and PMIC power management. UK working rights are required.
