Job Overview:
Evaluation and development of new SiC technologies, device design, and process integration. Responsible for new product introduction and mass production schedule management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluation and development of new SiC technologies, device design, and process integration.
• Definition of electrical specifications, measurement, and analysis.
• Project execution and cross-functional coordination with supporting teams.
• New product tape-out and introduction to manufacturing.
• Yield improvement and process flow simplification.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in new technology development, device design, and process integration.
• Prior experience in semiconductor processes, process integration, or optoelectronics is a plus.
