Our Distribution team plays a key role in maintaining and developing these relationships, whilst also identifying new opportunities to grow our presence – ensuring our wealth and workplace propositions are delivered effectively across all relevant channels.
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Telephony Account Manager to join our Distribution team. This business-to-business role involves working closely with financial adviser firms to support the growth of their wealth and workplace pension business with Royal London, alongside driving new business opportunities.
You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team with a strong focus on coaching, knowledge-sharing and continuous development. The role is integral to delivering our distribution strategy, broadening and deepening our reach, enhancing adviser engagement, and generating sustainable growth to strengthen Royal London’s position as a trusted provider of high-quality, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategy plan to achieve new businessobjectivesfrom a diverse range offinancial advice firms.
- Deliver engaging presentations to intermediaries, promoting new and existing opportunities while fostering strong business relationships.
- Identifyand promotenew salesopportunities through various channels, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional sales process for advisers.
- Adhere to Royal London’s sales process and compliance reporting requirements,maintainingcompetent status and effectively managing and mitigating business risks.
About You
- Experience in intermediary business-to-business sales within financial services, preferablywealthproducts and propositions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter who looks for opportunity
- Working towards or holding Diploma Level 4 qualification specific to CII or LIBF or equivalent.
- Proficiencyin technology used by advisers, including research and analysis systems, platforms, and model portfolio services.
- Ability to discuss and debate industry issues, technical and legislative updates competently and influentially with all levels of stakeholders, including company directors.
- Knowledge of our and competitor propositions isadvantageous.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to develop relationships internally and externally.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrable continuous improvement skills and experience.
