Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to establish and lead a Programme Management function overseeing homelessness strategies tied to the budget, including temporary accommodation and homelessness prevention.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of homelessness policy and governance, with a successful track record delivering complex programmes in local government. Salary £56,392-£67,457 for 36 hours per week.
