Duty Manager: Lead the Team & Guest Experience

Job Description

Premier Inn in Glasgow Stepps is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the hotel during shifts, ensuring guests have a great stay and the team is supported. You will work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, delivering pre-shift briefings and coaching staff through busy periods.

As a Duty Manager, you’ll gain experience across hotel operations, with the potential to progress toward a Hotel Manager role. This permanent role offers guaranteed hours and ongoing development within Whitbread.
