Costa Coffee Milngavie on Douglas Street is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train new Baristas and energise the team to deliver outstanding service and coffee excellence.

Flexibility is key, with shifts tailored to the store’s needs. You’ll act as a reliable role model, communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure while driving great customer moments.
