Royal London is recruiting graduates for its Graduate Enterprise Leadership Programme in Edinburgh, starting September 2027. The two-year fixed-term rotation offers three placements across Royal London with a focus on judgment, commercial understanding and relationship building among diverse teams.

The programme blends in-office and home working (hybrid 50/50), provides structured mentoring and support, and culminates in leadership-ready capability aligned to customer and member outcomes.
