Job Description

The role is based in prison and involves working in group and one to ones to deliver an offending behaviour programme; Building Choices. You will work as part of a team providing an integral rehabilitative service to assist in reducing reoffending.


We operate a flexible working policy, however, when in group delivery the expectation will be for you to be on duty at 07:45 to be ready for an 08:00 session start time.


Whilst this role is advertised at HMP Stocken and you will begin your training and delivery here, Group workers are recruited on a peripatetic (mobile) basis and may be required to deliver programmes at other establishments across the East Midlands region as required – HMP Whatton, HMP Ranby and HMP Onley.
