Aspris in Kilmarnock is seeking a compassionate Waking Night Residential Support Worker for our 5-bed home supporting young people up to 18. You will help with daily routines, activities, and building life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and a commitment to completing NVQ/SVQ qualifications within six months. You will work nights, fostering resilience and independence in the children we support.
