Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Security Officers at The Thistles are expected to deliver a high level of Security. Customer Service to all our customers. Security officers will assist in the day-to -day running of the centre. Regular patrols both internally and externally. Handling any customer enquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor on-site safety and security.
- Patrolling of the mall and centre grounds
- Engaging in customer service
- Acting as point of contact for questions and queries on the mall floor
- Record and report all incidents
- Respond to all reasonable requests from tenants including requests for assistance.
- The above list is not an exclusive list you may be asked to do other tasks delegated by Management
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Valid SIA door supervisor or security guard licence.
- Good Communication verbal and written. Respectful and empathic.
- Customer service.
Working Hours – 42 hours per week 4 on 2 off
Salary – £13.75/hr
