HGV Class 2 Driver – Leading Waste Management Company
Location: Edinburgh
Our client, a reputable skip hire, commercial waste recycling, and management company serving Glasgow, Edinburgh, East and West Lothian, and the Scottish Borders, is currently hiring for dedicated HGV Class 2 Drivers.
What you’ll be doing:
Safely operating HGV Class 2 vehicles to collect and deliver waste and recycling materials across designated areas
Ensuring all loads are secured and compliant with safety regulations
Maintaining accurate delivery and collection records
Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any issues promptly
Adhering to all health and safety standards and company policies
What you’ll bring:
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence with a clean driving record
Experience in waste collection or similar logistics roles is preferred
Good knowledge of the local area and route planning skills
Strong commitment to safety and customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional information:
Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
