With plans to see SP Energy Networks (SPEN), part of the ScottishPower Group, look to invest over £10bn in transmission projects across our transmission network in central and southern Scotland by 2030. The Transmission Projects team will play key roles in enabling SPEN to work at pace to deliver the transmission network that is required to achieve Scottish and UK Government 2030 targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be at the forefront of innovative engineering! You will be pathing the way to NetZero using new technologies to develop and deliver engineering solutions for transmission networks (132kV and above) for the ever-evolving energy landscape.

As a vital part of SPEN, you will be exposed to a wide range of new and emerging responsibilities, and at a pivotal time as ScottishPower leads the fight against climate change and strives to deliver our ambitious growth and investment plans.
