We’re looking for a Senior IFA Administrator / Report Writer to join our client’s dynamic team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting their advisers and delivering exceptional client service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and updating client records using Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Conducting product and fund research to support advisers
  • Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate registers
  • Preparing valuation tables and review packs for client meetings
  • Acting as a key point of contact for advisers, clients, and providers
  • Ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in financial services administration and report writing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with IO and knowledge of IHT planning is a plus
  • Professional qualifications are desirable but not essential
