We’re looking for a Senior IFA Administrator / Report Writer to join our client’s dynamic team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting their advisers and delivering exceptional client service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and updating client records using Intelligent Office (IO)
- Conducting product and fund research to support advisers
- Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate registers
- Preparing valuation tables and review packs for client meetings
- Acting as a key point of contact for advisers, clients, and providers
- Ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in financial services administration and report writing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with IO and knowledge of IHT planning is a plus
- Professional qualifications are desirable but not essential
