Waste Network Team Lead – Outdoor Repairs & Community Impact

Job Description

Clancy is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a two person crew on wastewater repairs and maintenance across the network in Scotland. You will lead from the front in a fast paced outdoor role, ensuring safe, efficient delivery with minimal disruption to customers and local communities.

You will manage excavation and repair activities on live networks, operate below 10t excavators, and maintain high safety standards while liaising with clients and stakeholders.
