  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding user requirements and delivering tailored digital solutions that meet their needs.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to prepare reports, project plans, and performance dashboards for executive review.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT or digital solutions management within enterprise environments, demonstrating strong presentation skills and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in communication skills-both written and verbal-to effectively liaise with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Hands on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including deployment, management, security, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast paced setting.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, digital transformation strategies, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise solutions.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
