Barchester Healthcare in Perth is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead to support the delivery of quality care, work with the General Manager, take on leadership duties in their absence, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.

You will monitor standards through audits and supervised clinical practice, drive strategies for quality care, and guide newly qualified nurses through preceptorship; RN/RMN with NMC registration and
