Amulet is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of a high-profile client security contract from our client HQ in Glasgow. The role requires hands-on operational leadership across a 24/7, multi-site manned-guarding operation, with flexibility for days and nights.

You will oversee scheduling, rostering, staff allocation and KPI reporting, while maintaining client relations and ensuring service standards are met.
