Job Description

Work For Scotland in Edinburgh seeks a decisive leader to become Chief Inspector of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service Inspectorate, delivering independent scrutiny, strategic leadership and expert advice. The post is a Fixed Term Appointment for 23 months (with potential extension).

Based in Edinburgh, the Chief Inspector will guide HMFSI, set priority inquiries and support Ministers with professional inspection of the SFRS.
