Branch Cluster Manager – Lead multi-branch teams

Job Description

Nationwide is recruiting a Cluster Manager for the Aberdeenshire area. You will lead your own branch and up to five local branches, ensuring top quality front of house service and guiding teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

You will champion the digital journey and the financial wellbeing of customers, while living the company values in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role is based in Aberdeen and involves a 35 hour week on a secondment.
