Customer Experience Associate – Betting Shop (Flexible Shifts)

Job Description

William Hill PLC is seeking shop-based staff to welcome customers, process bets, and assist with queries in a busy retail environment. You will help customers use betting terminals, build relationships, and promote safer gambling while supporting opening and closing duties.
