Location: Remote/Hybrid (Field-based with flexibility, dependent on location)

They are renowned for their commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, catering to the fabrication, manufacturing, and end-user sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development across varied regions with a focus on the Midlands and South.
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers in the fabrication and manufacturing sectors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for welding alloys, LEV systems, consumables, and cutting equipment.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Manage both new business prospecting and existing client relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in welding alloys, consumables, LEV systems, or related hard goods industries.
  • Strong product knowledge in welding or LEV systems.
  • Highly reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a field-based role with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Preferred Candidate Locations:

  • Midlands and South of England

Benefits Package:

  • Basic Salary: 38,000 – 45,000 plus Car, bonus
