You ll work hands-on with modern water treatment systems, including water softeners, filters, pumps, and chemical dosing units, all while making sure they meet stringent health and safety standards. What You’ll Do:

  • Installation & Maintenance: Expertly install and maintain water systems to keep them running efficiently.
  • Legionella Control & Compliance: Ensure all water systems meet health regulations, with a focus on Legionella prevention.
  • Testing & Monitoring: Carry out regular checks to verify the safety and quality of water systems.
  • Client Interaction & Service: Build strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service and addressing their needs.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all work completed, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to and promote best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Continuous Improvement & Training: Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training and professional development.

What We re Looking For:

  • Essential Skills & Experience:
    • Plumbing Expertise: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
    • Legionella Awareness: Solid understanding of water hygiene and Legionella control protocols.
    • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with various plumbing systems, pipework installations, and water treatment technologies.
    • Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Customer Service: Exceptional communication skills and a track record of delivering top-notch client service.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • WRAS Certification or similar credentials.
    • CSCS Card for site safety compliance.
    • Experience with chemical dosing and filtration systems.
    • Familiarity with BSI standards for water treatment and Legionella control (L8).

Qualifications You Need:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • WRAS Certification (preferred).
  • Legionella Awareness Training (advantageous)
