We are currently supporting a variety of clients based in Stirling, Falkirk and the surrounding areas. Due to increased volumes, we urgently need additional new temporary candidates to add to our portfolio of professional workers. Our client values your skills and expertise and is looking for candidates who are available immediately and are committed to covering assignments on a short-notice basis. The assignments can vary from one-day reception cover to on-going rolling contracts. Although office experience is desirable, it is not always essential! We find roles for graduates and enthusiastic candidates with a can-do attitude. Our client’s team is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive working environment, where you will feel valued and supported. ?Duties include, but are not limited to:Meet and greeting visitors ?Facilities management ?Managing diaries and booking meeting rooms Travel and accommodation booking ?Answering telephone and redirecting where necessary General administration duties Data inputting onto spreadsheet/database Receiving and distributing incoming mail We are looking for candidates with:Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Front of house experience (desirable) Experience in a finance role Customer facing/service experience Excellent administration skills Professional telephone manner and communication skills High level of organisational and time management skills ?Ability to work as both a team member and in a stand-alone position Strong initiative and proactive working manner Please Note:Our roles start at a pay rate of £11.50ph.Some do include Saturday work however core business hours will usually be between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.Working as a temp is an ideal way of exploring different job roles and industries.
