In this role you will work within an agile team, providing technical leadership and ensure development process are followed. A customer obsessed induvial who focuses on quality and delivery would be an ideal candidate for this role.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist our Product and Software Development Managers in prioritizing, defining, and guiding the delivery of product features within the dynamic realm of Future State Architecture.
  • Collaborate within our development team to improve scalability, performance, maintainability, configurability, and usability.
  • Provide support, guidance, and mentoring to fellow team members.
  • Engage in all phases of feature development, from conception to deployment, and contribute to ongoing updates and enhancements.
  • Tackle diverse challenges spanning the product and codebase landscape.

Person Specification

Essential skills will include:

  • Experience with .Net /C#.
  • Azure experience
  • Leading a team of developers
  • Liasing with Stakeholders in UX Product DevOps and Architecture
  • Translate business requirements into software designs.
