Responsibilities
- Receiving requests for supplementary staffing and sourcing and securing available staff to meet demand.
- Escalating to agencies if there is insufficient capacity of available Bank workers.
- Supporting the Supplementary Staffing Manager in delivery of all new Staff Bank service developments and projects, including staff recruitment, demand management and placement negotiations for workers.
- Ensuring quality and operational targets are achieved.
Working Hours
The shift pattern is Monday – Sunday 8am – 8pm 4 x 9 hours shifts.
