Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer – Material Handling Equipment

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design Development: Create and implement electrical designs for a diverse range of material handling equipment, including Hoists, Winches, and Cranes.

Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in component and system selection, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall product design.

Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical reports to facilitate effective communication within the design and manufacturing process.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and contribute to the enhancement of design processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in the field of material handling equipment.

Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to electrical engineering.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
