We’re after a Senior Contracts Manager who can take the reins on high-value HVAC contracts – the kind that keep critical sites running smoothly (and coolly). If you’re used to juggling operational, financial, and technical responsibilities with calm confidence, keep reading.

What you’ll be doing
• Managing HVAC contracts up to £2 million across key client sites
• Taking overall responsibility – commercial, technical, and operational
• Estimating works and providing quotes (support available for complex jobs)
• Overseeing health & safety compliance, risk assessments and site records
• Delivering KPI and performance reports
• Leading your team and setting a positive tone
• Developing and maintaining client relationships

What you’ll need
• 10+ years’ experience running high-profile HVAC or M&E contracts
• Proven background in account P&L, KPI delivery and client reporting
• Comfortable estimating HVAC work and explaining technical strategies
• Good with CAFM, Excel, and Word (training provided)
• Industry qualifications and HVAC experience would be a bonus
