Job Description
BMS require an experiened Scaffolding Co-ordinator for a long-term contract in the Renfrewshire area. The job details are listed below:
- Act as the principal contact in the co-ordination of all scaffolding equipment on site
- Liaise with all contractors with scaffolding requirements and coordinate on a day-to-day basis.
- Hold weekly scaffold coordination meetings.
- Produce weekly progress reports.
- Ensure that all quality and safety standards are adhered to.
- Ensures that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with regards to HSW requirements, and that work is carried out in accordance with the RAMS.
- Ensures all scaffolding operations are planned, organised, and undertaken by competent persons.
Requirements:
- CISRS Advanced scaffolding inspection.
- Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS).
- +5 Years industry experience.
- Previous experience in coordination role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications.
- Solution orientated.
- Good forward planner.
- Good communicator.
