We are now recruiting for a true people person, a candidate to blossom into a long-term role with us following industry-leading training.

You will be employed to support our incredibly successful Customer Success team initially, you will provide support in everything between administration and client meetings.

You will be what allows us to keep succeeding.

Once you are fully trained, we would be looking to advance you into a Customer Success Manager role and let you lose on your own clients, contributing directly to our success!

This is not a sales role, this role is about building relationships and influencing recruitment strategies!

As our Recruitment and Customer Success Coordinator you will be supporting us to:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients including client engagement and progress updates.
  • Shape recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Leverage and supporting our clients with the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Craft compelling job advertisements and releasing them to a number of job boards.
  • Engage in proactive candidate sourcing and headhunting, using Boolean searching.
  • Generate insightful reports to influence recruitment strategy.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in a position either within recruitment, digital marketing or customer success, a lot of our role is to advertise effectively!
  • Experience in customer service / client management and engagement.
  • A natural affinity for building meaningful connections quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • CRM experience is an advantage.
