Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to take your experience of social care services in a new direction. In this important role you’ll be part of a small team. The workload is varied, and you’ll be expected to work collaboratively while you get involved in a broad range of tasks to support our services and improve the experience of individuals in our care. This will include the development and maintenance of quality systems, liaising with key stakeholders, coordinating feedback from the people who use our services all while maintaining robust administrative systems to ensure processes and records are kept up to date.

Key requirements for this position are: An understanding of social care and the internal and external requirements of the sector Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders in social care including carers and statutory agencies Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work to deadlines First rate communication skills that enable you to effectively engage with a diverse workforce A flexible and responsive approach to prioritising your workload.
