Job Description

A market leading local firm has identified an exciting opportunity within their property team to bring on a property administrator. The team have had great success within property leasing and have grown their business to a point which require additional support. Monday – Friday, full-time core hoursCentral locationBenefits:- Be a part of a growing team with a collaborative work environment- Develop your experience and knowledge within the property sector with bespoke training provided- Benefit from onsite parking- Salary depending on your experience; salary expectations will be discussed before an interview to ensure your expectations can be met- Chance to make a real difference to the back office operations and service provided to clientsWhat you’d be involved with on a day to day in this Property Administrator/PA role:- Support the Property Manager with daily tasks and administrative duties- Manage client details and interactions on a CRM database- Prepare statements, bills, and transaction files for approval- Liaise with clients and manage inbound emails efficiently- Review and allocate sale transition files accuratelyTo be shortlisted, you must have:- Experience within a property background- Previous administrative experience – IT literacy and a working understanding of CRM systems- A willingness to learn and develop within the team- A proactive who takes initiativeIf you are a PA with property experience or an experienced Property Administrator looking to join a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
