Nightshift Autism PractitionersSouth West Area Services£12.49 – £13.33 per hour / £24,035 – £25,650 pro rataFull Time / Part time opportunities availableVariety of shift patterns available which can be exploredReference: SA628Our South West team is looking for an enthusiastic Nightshift Autism Practitioner. Our team is guided by personalised plans to promote well-being, actively working to reduce stress and promote quality rest for those we support.At Scottish Autism, we acknowledge the specialist support our staff provide to autistic individuals, therefore those doing support work are known as Autism Practitioners.As an Autism Practitioner, experience of working within social care is desirable but not essential as we are seeking to appoint people who share our values: Collaboration; Compassion; Change Makers; Contribution.We love what we do, we never lose sight of our purpose and the difference we make in society.New colleagues must be keen to learn and develop into the role. We will support you to do this by offering outstanding training and we are continuously improving to ensure all our Autism Practitioners are supported and have the skills to deliver a quality service.
