Peace Recruitment are working alongside a national housebuilder who have a brand new private housing development in South Queensferry

The client is looking for someone with experience in a sales or estate agents environment to provide outstanding service for customers throughout the sales process. If you excel in a busy sales environment and care about selling quality projects then this role will be perfect.

They are looking for someone who has a strong ability to build relationships and drive home a sale whilst caring about the product and the company. Having targets to hit should motivate you towards them, and by hitting them you will reap the rewards with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities include:

Meet and greet customers on site

Qualify customer’s requirements and demonstrate the show home

Assist customers with their choices

Achieve sales targets set by leadership teams

Secure sales of properties within budget and process the admin

Monitor the general presentation of the site and the show home

Analyse market trends and competitor sales to ensure the business is up to date

Assist the site manager when it comes to handing over the property to the customer

Observe health and safety regulations at all times

Working hours are Thursday to Monday 10am – 5.30pm

Salary 27,500 with OTE of 55,000 + mileage
