My client is looking for a Qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join them in their award winning team.

- Competitive salary (£30k-£40k basic) OTE £60k
- Uncapped commission

- 75% of business will be generated from existing clients
Main responsibilities of this role
- Be visible in the office everyday.
- Attracting new clients and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
- Be able to guide clients through the entire mortgage process including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet clients needs.
- Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to meet and exceed performance targets
Skills and experience required to be a successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor
- Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
- Experienced mortgage & protection adviser.
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
- Outstanding customer service experience.
- Resilient, detail oriented and determined.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
