Elegant Resorts in Glasgow is seeking an Aftercare Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional service to agency partners and direct customers by phone and email, ensuring bookings are processed accurately and fulfilled.

You will work closely with Reservations and internal teams to resolve queries, manage supplier confirmations, travel documents, invoices, and amendments, while maintaining calm, organised, and solution-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
