Face to face, 1:1 counselling for children and young people aged 6-18. Virtual options on Zoom are also available in some cases. Based in Oakham.

Fully qualified CYP counsellor with a Masters degree in counselling and over 15 years of experience of working with young people as a teacher, well-being champion and as a counsellor. Registered member of BACP with full DBS. DSL certified. I have experience of working in primary, secondary and sixth form colleges and have dealt with many issues including low self esteem/self confidence, anger, anxiety, stress, low mood, depression, eating disorders, self harm, friendship challenges, family breakdown, bereavement.
