VACANCY – Interim Accounts Manager (3 month contract)
LOCATION – Perth (with some remote working)
REMUNERATION – Dependent upon experience
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a 3 month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance department.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with budget preparation
- Handle general administrative tasks related to finance
Requirements:
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
